Cafecom S.A. is also a team committed to fill the needs of their customers with whom their are growing harmoniously. They own an adequate infrastructure, which enables them to fill their customers' needs, using production and marketing processes: they have meticulously chosen a group of workers, machines and equipment,which are essential to carry out a good treatment of the green coffee and they control the product quality in their laboratory.
They maintain a high production level which, in 2006-2007, allowed them to be the third coffee exporting company of Ecuador, without stopping to supply the national market. They are working closely with many Coffee Producing Associations in Ecuador, particularly in the Loja province- in the Cariamanga, Airo and las Aradas zones- as well as in the Manabi province and the Galapagos Islands (San Cristobal island), where they council and advice the producers about good agricultural practices. Moreover, they finance the harvests in order to obtain a very high-quality coffee as a final result. From the provision centers, raw coffee is sent to the principal factory in Guayaquil.

Cafecom's principal product is the green coffee Special Cariamanga-Loja. Cariamanga is a southern zone of Ecuador, where the best coffee is produced; this coffee is characterized by its flavour, aroma and acidity and is used in their roasted coffee products.

For two years now, they have introduced roasted and ground arabica coffees on the national market, which were very appreciated by their customers.

They contribute to Ecuador's wealth by generating work sources, directly or indirectly, as well as complying with the Continuous Improvement of the Market requirements. What is most important though, for Cafecom, is to improve their coffee producers' quality of life.
